Founder of Le Bal des Créateurs and the result of more than 30 years of experience, Christophe Durand is a renowned hairdresser and make-up artist who has been evolving in the world of Beauty and Luxury for nearly 35 years. Prestigious houses such as Victorinox, Zenith, Tag Heuer, Chopard, and Chanel have entrusted him with their advertising campaigns. On the celebrity side, names like Pierre Niney, Cate Blanchett, Tiger Woods, Diane Keaton, and Isabelle Huppert to name just a few have already been in his expert hands. Over the course of these three decades, he has orchestrated fashion shows for Thierry Mugler, Kenzo, and Paul Smith; opened Parallèles, one of Geneva's most acclaimed salons; founded ICÔN, a magazine of visual expression that became a true reference; and organized events gathering several thousand people some of which even contributed to financing the construction of orphanages in Calcutta. In 2011, together with Edvinas Gliebus, he founded Le Bal des Créateurs, a multidisciplinary space dedicated to hairdressing, art, and fashion, located at the heart of Geneva's cultural center. Today, 26 collaborators express their passion there every day.
