Avoid for the first 24 to 48 hours:
Do not wet your brows
Avoid steam, sweat, sauna, swimming, and exercise
Avoid oils, creams, serums, or makeup on the brows
Do not rub or touch your brows
Avoid sleeping face-down on your pillow
Recommended:
Brush your brows daily with a clean spoolie
Use a nourishing oil, serum, or keratin booster to support brow strength
Sleep on your back where possible to avoid pressing the brows
