Time is precious, yours and mine... consequently;
- if you're more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to refuse the entire service due to lack of time or to reduce the service (on nail art for example)
- if you don't show up for an appointment without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance, half the appointment will be billed and may not be renewed.

New client or not, if you have the slightest doubt about which service to choose, it's best to contact me beforehand by WhatsApp message. 
For new clients, a photo of your current nails will be requested to confirm the appointment time.
For your nail art too, an inspiration photo will be requested to confirm the appointment time.
