My name is Lucy Kreisz, and I am the founder of Beauty Swan Grindelwald. My professional journey has been shaped by more than 20 years of experience in cosmetology and skincare, over 17 years of experience in massage therapy, and a healthcare background that has influenced my approach to caring for people.

Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of skin, the body and the importance of personalised care. My healthcare background, combined with my expertise in beauty treatments and massage techniques, allows me to approach each client with professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care.

For me, beauty is much more than appearance. It is about confidence, balance, relaxation and feeling comfortable in your own skin.
