Cancellation Policy -
Any cancellation or appointment rescheduling not made at least 48 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price.
Treatments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

Arrival at the Spa -
We kindly invite you to arrive at the Spa reception 15 minutes prior to your treatment to fully enjoy the experience.
Late arrival will not result in an extension of your treatment time.
The Spa will provide a bathrobe, towel, and slippers, as well as everything you need for your visit. Our in-house guests will find these amenities in their room.

Spa Access -
For external guests: any booking of a treatment lasting at least 60 minutes includes complimentary access to the wellness area (subject to availability), either before or after your appointment, to enhance the benefits of your treatment.

Health Conditions -
Treatments provided at the Spa are wellness, comfort, and aesthetic treatments for non-therapeutic purposes. They are intended for individuals in good health, with no medical conditions or injuries.
As they are delivered in a Spa environment, they are not performed by physiotherapists.

Children’s Massage -
For any massage booked for a minor, parental authorization will be required, and a parent must be present in the treatment room.

Pregnancy -
We offer specific treatments tailored to expectant mothers; please inform us at the time of booking. The “Mom-to-Be” treatment is available from the third month of pregnancy and only in the absence of medical contraindications. No treatments will be provided before this stage.

Gift Vouchers -
Offer a unique moment to those you love — a thoughtful idea that delights on any occasion. Gift vouchers are available at the Spa reception, by phone, or online.

Loyalty Program -
The Spa rewards your loyalty. Receive a 10% discount voucher on treatments or boutique purchases for every 500 points collected (CHF 1.– = 1 point).
Points are valid for 6 months and are automatically renewed with each purchase.
