BOOKING POLICIES

To ensure an exclusive and relaxing beauty experience, we kindly ask you to follow our studio policies:

1. Appointment Booking
All appointments must be booked online. This allows us to maintain an organised schedule and provide the highest level of service.

2. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged at 100% of the booked service price.

3. Punctuality
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. The appointment will be charged in full.

4. Studio Atmosphere
Zyrah Brows represents calmness, elegance, and professionalism. We kindly ask you to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the studio.

5. Guests and Children
To maintain an exclusive and relaxing environment, please attend your appointment without guests or young children, unless they have booked a treatment themselves or this has been agreed with us in advance.

6. Hygiene and Safety
Your safety is our highest priority. We follow the highest hygiene and quality standards. Please inform us in advance of any health conditions or relevant circumstances that could affect your treatment.
