 Please  arrive to your appointment with cleaned ,dried , product free and detangled  hair 
    i should be able to comb through ! 
  please don't come with previous hair-do unless we discussed that before.

  Failure to comply will result in a reschedule or additional fee may occur

please reschedule if you feel unwell 

 you have grace of 10min late 

the quoted time might not be exact , so ensure to have a schedule free for you 
    appointment.
