Cancellation Policy

Please note that appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance in order to avoid a cancellation fee and to allow us to offer the time slot to other clients.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or no-shows will be charged the full price (100%) of the booked service.
