Cancellation and Appointment Change Policy:

Please note that cancellations, rescheduling or changes to booked services must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, allowing us to adjust our schedule and offer available appointment slots to other clients.

This also applies to last-minute reductions or cancellations of individual services, for example, if you decide to have your extensions removed without having them reinstalled, or if you no longer wish to receive a booked toner or treatment.

For cancellations, changes or partial cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, as well as no-shows, 100% of the price of the booked services that are not carried out will be charged.

Additional or alternative services must also be discussed and confirmed with us in advance. Due to our appointment schedule, we cannot guarantee last-minute additions or changes.
