We would like to inform you about our cancellation and no-show policies for our salon services. Please take these into consideration before making a reservation:

In the event of a reservation cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, without a valid reason, we reserve the right to request a payment equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

In the case of a no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to request a full payment of 100%.

We also reserve the right to deny our services to customers who have failed to show up on two occasions without a valid reason or prior notice.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or if you need to modify or cancel your reservation.
