CANCELLATION POLICY

Dear clients,

To ensure the smooth functioning of our schedule and provide the best quality of service to everyone, we kindly ask you to cancel or modify your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to reorganize our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting.

In the case of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours in advance), 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service will be charged.

Additionally, depending on the nature and complexity of the reserved service, a deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. We recommend visiting the salon for a free consultation. This will allow us to assess your needs accurately and advise you on the best service to choose.
