JosephineLovely studio and very friendly practitioner! I booked the feet spa/pedicure with focus on cleansing and moisturising dry feet. I liked the products used which is industry standard. Nice exfoliate and feet mask. All the instrument were sanitised. I left with very soft and clean feet, however I was less happy with my toe nails. Despite the friendliness of the practitioner it pains me to say that I am not happy with my nails. The filing and handling of cuticles were too agressive leading to small cuts on 3 toenails. Sometimes it happens during manicure/pedicure which I understand, however I have never before experienced it bleeding as much as it did (I have had many pedicures in my life). I did communicate with the practitioner that it was painful, and that she was cutting too close, to my surprise the response were to trust her own skills and continued to cut which led to more bleeding. There were a language barrier, so I might have misunderstood, but from what I heard she said the bleeding of cuticles were due to dryness and that I should moisturise more. I am not an expert, however after some research once home, no matter dry feet or not, the cuticles should not be cut so much so they bleed multiple times. I feel uncomfortable and have re washed my feet multiple times to sooth pain and stinging. I pray I won’t get any further infections. One other point, according to website my treatment should have taken 45min, however I was there for almost 2h. I would not visit this salon again, and would not recommend feet treatment.

I see the comment only now, sorry for the delay, so effectively the procedure lasted maybe two hours because the lady was almost 30 minutes late, besides she was terribly stressed to finish the procedure quickly!!! I understand you don’t have to recommand my address, I have enough peuple who come back. Everyone has their own choice. I would to offre you same treatment, but I just ask you not to drink alcool for at least 24 jours, it prevents bleeding. Waiting for your reply best regards.
