PriyaLast minute cancellation by therapist. Very disappointing as it was birthday treat. No one else was available to do what i had booked for. Staff present did suggest alternatives but unfortunately I did not want to cut my hair

Maria, who cut my hair, was great. It was a problem that nobody seemed to know about my appointment when I arrived. I specifically booked with Silvia and was told she doesn’t work there, but also nobody seemed to realize I was coming. Maria was great but it was obvious that she doesn’t actually work at the salon. I hope she gets a job there but in the meantime I don’t understand why she would be asked to cut my hair. In the end nobody who actually works there even checked to see if I was satisfied or if everything went ok. It will be hard to trust this online booking system again.
