To ensure the best results for your service, we kindly ask you to arrive with dry, manageable hair. For color treatments, we recommend washing your hair 12-24 hours beforehand, this helps prevent product build-up and allows the color to work its magic beautifully.

We understand that life happens, but to respect our artists' time and other clients, cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the booked service, and no-shows will be charged 80%.
