Dora Pris rdv en ligne avec reception de confirmation par mail et personne sur place. Me dit qu'elle n'a pas été avisé et qu'il fallait téléphoner. Si un rdv est confirmé par mail pourquoi il faudrait téléphoner alors que sur le site il dise de réserver en ligne Si les soins sont au niveau de la prise de rdv ......
