Before Your Appointment:
- Arrive With Clean Lashes: Please come with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure the best retention.  
- Allergies & Sensitivities: If you have any known allergies or sensitivities, let me know during booking.  
- Timing: Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and relax before your appointment starts.  

During Your Appointment:
- Comfort: Feel free to bring headphones or enjoy some quiet time during the session.  
- No Guests: To maintain a peaceful environment, only clients are allowed in the treatment area.  

Aftercare Tips: 
- Avoid water, steam, or heavy sweating for the first 24-48 hours after your appointment.  
- Use only oil-free makeup and cleansers to maintain your extensions.  
- Brush your lashes gently with a clean spoolie daily to keep them neat.  

Cancellation Policy: 
- Kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a late cancellation fee.  
- No-shows will require a deposit for future bookings.
