1. Appointments & Punctuality

Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your treatment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the schedule of other clients.

2.Preparation:

No alcohol, stay well hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance through Salonkee.

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend, may result in a fee of up to 100% of the treatment price.

  Full payment at the end of the session - we accept cash, TWINT or Bank card.

4. Health Conditions

Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your treatment.
Certain techniques may not be suitable during pregnancy or for specific health situations.
This service is not recommended for individuals with severe migraines.

After a Botox or any other facial treatment, a 14-day rest period is required before receiving a Kobido massage.

All personal information collected during bookings is treated confidentially and used only for appointment management and communication purposes, in accordance with Salonkee's privacy policy.
