MariannaAprès 2 h les Waves sont disparus et les cheveux sont devenus lisse. Si le cheveux est pas bien travaillé ça est le résultat. Je bien demandé un broshing avec la brosse suivi par le fer mais il me sont répondu que ça était pas possible.
SydneyI was too upset to say anything on the day, but Agathe completely ruined my hair. I asked for long layers, a trim off of my current curtain bangs from my jawline so under my cheek bone and a light curl. I even showed her a photo of my hair from a previous time I had had it done. Instead she gave me a full fringe - just above the bridge of my nose, without double checking the length with me AND knowing I had curly hair. She had pointed out that my sections were thin and I explained to her that it was done deliberately after a previous hairdresser had made them too thick. She the proceeded to thicken my curtain bangs anyway just before she cut them into clearly her idea of what curtain bangs should look like, and not based on the photo or what I had said. It is completely unstyleable as it is so short I can't even tuck it behind my ears or put it up. Once I wash my hair it will be even shorter due to the nature of my curls and there will be nothing I can do with it. She saw me crying in the chair but I was too embarrassed to say anything at the time as the damage had already been done. Not checking the length with me again before she decided to cut it is quite frankly incredibly unprofessional. It was the day of my birthday and I ended up having to cancel all plans, and make rearrangements to not go into the office next week due to the sheer state of my hair, I cannot leave the house like this. I have never had quite so bad an experience at a Jean Louis David, in fact I specifically booked on as I've always been able to trust it. I won't be returning.
