Welcome to my Bodhypnosis® practice.
I'm currently the only representative of Jean Labbé's body hypnosis practice in Fribourg and Vevey. 

This Bodhypnosis® method induces a deep meditative state through physical sensation, rather than through the visual, auditory or verbal inductions of traditional hypnosis. What's more, no suggestions or programming are made during the treatment. From the very first maneuver, a sensation of weightlessness is felt, diaphragmatic breathing takes place automatically and effortlessly, the mind is silenced and great calm is induced. The sensation of time, space and even the body disappear, as in a state of ecstasy. A most comforting experience for many, with only unconditional love.
You leave feeling like you're floating, cleansed and renewed, centered, able to distance yourself from the difficulties or distress you were experiencing before the session.
For many, Bodhypnosis has the impact of an awakening of consciousness.
Depending on your needs and with your consent, we can add to this treatment mixes of my multiple tools that I've been lucky enough to inherit over the years: Reiki 3, "secret" practice (eczema, psoriasis, shingles, skin problems), sometimes clairvoyance or supportive messages.
