En cas d'annulation à moins de 24 heures, 50 % du montant de la prestation seront facturés.
En cas d'annulation à moins de 12 heures ou d'un rendez-vous manqué, la prestation sera facturée en totalité (100 %).
Lors de la réservation en ligne, un prélèvement temporaire de 1 franc sera effectué (et immédiatement remboursé) afin de garantir ces conditions.
