BiancaThe manicure and pedicure were really very well done. I did not see if the instruments were sanitized before the service though, they were definitely not sterile but might have been cleaned before I arrived. I was not expecting the place to be a room within a family home, and I had trouble finding how to get in as there are no indications on the outside of the building. The set up is very comfortable and nicely decorated, but it took a second to get used to the unusual location and there was a fairly strong smell of cooking which would have been lovely in a restaurant but not great for a beauty "salon".

Dear Madam, I would like to clarify your comment to avoid any misunderstanding. I only use professional equipment of a high standard from O.P.I.. All instruments are systematically disinfected and sterilised before using for services (manicure, pedicure). The beauty salon's design is greatly appreciated by all my clients. And all my services have been highly appreciated so far, according to the comments posted by my clients on the website (you are welcome to have a look!). I am currently self-employed. Property management company doesn't allow me to display the salon's name in the entrance to the building. Given the fact that we have communal areas with other neighbours, it sometimes happens that the smells come into the salon when the doors and windows are opened, despite the use of a scented essential oil diffuser. Sorry for the inconvenience. I'll do my best to improve matters
